Our Story
Meesha Aesthetics, a female-owned company, was established in 2010 when co-owners Lisa Silvaggio and Michelle Balbi saw a need for an aesthetics establishment with a more feminine touch. They wanted to ensure their practice remained a friendly and cutting edge place to get the latest in anti-aging treatments.
It became clear with a growing client list more staff members were needed to ensure grade A service. Chris Balbi, a social media guru was free-lance working on the side, but when Michelle needed a full-time staff member with a marketing background, she knew her son was the right guy for the job and brought him on as the Marketing Director.
With the increased social efforts of Chris, our client list grew so large we brought on Kristen Shimp as our second injector, bringing with her an expert level in the art of injection, we continued to grow and it became apparent our team was going to need to grow again with Kelsey, Danielle, and Kaylyn!
But, the fun doesn't stop there! Due to high demand, Meesha opened a second location in Warminster, PA - There Jackie is our lead injector keeping folks looking and feeling fabulous along with the addition of Dana and Dee!
After Jackie, we added Katie, Christine, Georgia, Heather, Desiree, Tessa, and Willie to round out our team and help keep wait times for appointments down.
Our Pink Footprint most recently expanded with the edition of our READING office (okay, it's actually in West Lawn, but who's splitting hairs!). Opening 5 days a week Kristen, Paige, Georgia and Nancy are ready to bring the same top notch Meesha care to central PA!

Michelle Balbi

Michelle has been injecting for over 15 years, and is a national trainer for both Allergan (makers of Botox, and Juvederm) AND Suneva (creator of Bellafill). She loves creating custom plans against aging with all her clients!
